Kim So-eun
(Hangul: 김소은; born September 6, 1989) Kim So Eun is a South Korean actress most known for her portrayal of Chu Ga Eul in the Korean drama series, Boys Before Flowers. She is a young actress who saw overnight fame after playing the love interest of Kim Bum's character, So Yi Jung, in Boys Before Flowers, an adaptation of the Japanese manga, Hana Yori Dango. She is also the schoolmate of Kim Bum. Both are enrolled in the theater/film Department at Chungang Unversity. Her start in the entertainment industry came through CFs in her 3rd year of junior high. Her film debut was Two Guys in 2004 having only a minor role. Although she has yet to play a major role, she has played in quite a number of TV dramas. When asked whether she wants wants to be a big star, she replies that she just hopes she is known as a skilled actor instead of having the reputation of a big star. In 2009 she starred in the Korean drama series The Man Who Can't Get Married, playing one of the main leads.
Education
She is currently studying at Chung-Ang University in theatre/film department.
